Urgent Requirement for Legal Counsel for a leading MNC captive unit.

Location : Noida

Qualification: Bachelor of Law (LLB), Company Secretaryship (CS) preferred.

Job Responsibilites:

1. Researches, Presentations and Legal opinions

2. To work closely with India and global teams on contract execution and management of the contract repository

3. To proactively advise on, and help to manage, important changes in law and regulations impacting the business, including tax and financial matters

4. To provide tax, secretarial and litigation advise and support the business on all issues

5. Ensure adherence to the Legal and Financial regulations

Skills required for the role:

1. Analysis, interpretation of legal statutes

2. Communication – verbal and written (technical and non technical)

3. Managing Relationships

4. Delivery under pressure

5. Capable of developing imaginative solutions

6. Working in a change environment
