Job Description:
- developing an operational strategy to integrate secretarial & regulatory compliance management and audit services into the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) portfolio of EY
- building an energetic team of professionals and supporting processes, systems, knowledge base and an efficient service delivery model
- Reviewing amending acts, notifications, circulars etc. issued by central and state governments and accordingly providing legal updates to clients.
- Updating the existing database and supporting the compliance team in carrying out the audit assignments
- developing niche service offerings and related market and service delivery collaterals, including development and delivery of the Go To Market plan.
Qualification:
- LLB / Diploma in Regulatory & Labor Compliances
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Legal Editorial work.
