Dear All, We are looking candidates for our NBFC client in Mumbai for Associate-Legal position

JD:

We need a resourse from secretarial and legal background with experience in NBFC loan agreement drafting & vetting.

Minimum eligibility requirement: CS & LLB with 1 - 3 years of experience.

Functional:

- Structuring of lending transactions

- Legal Documentations

- Regulatory Compliance

- Project Appraisal (Basic Credit Appraisal) : Guiding undertaking appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals.

Technical:

- Structuring and Legal documentation

- Exposure in Corporate lending (B to B)

- Real Estate, Structured products, Business Loan, Loan against Shares, Margin funding, Acquisition financing, Promoter funding

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Coordination with Legal

- Due diligence & Documentation
