Job Description - Legal Analyst-Structured finance  Should have exp. in Corporate Legal Group, Derivative Contracts, Structured Finance, ISDA Agreements.  Functional Responsibility   - Legal review of contracts (such as Guarantees, Deeds of Assignment, Trust Deeds, Loan Agreements, Concession Agreements, etc.) received as part of the rating transactions   - Provide legal support to rating teams in statutory and regulatory compliance related matters   - Research on legal matters in connection with rating of transactions including mortgages and SEZ laws  - Coordinating with clients for obtaining relevant information, documents, etc. in connection with the compliance process for structured finance transactions  - Reviewing documents and interactions with legal counsel of clients  - Tracking regulatory developments in the financial sector and assessing impact  Skills:  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Good understanding of Companies law and Securitization guidelines  - Positive attitude with qualities of a team player  - Innovative and solution orientation  - Open to new ideas and initiatives  - Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines  Corporate Legal Group, Derivative Contracts, Structured Finance, ISDA Agreements.  Priti Bedi  +91 886 006 2555
