Location - Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Have an understanding of the relevant industry sectors and the Firm's product and service offerings.

- Shall be responsible for drafting agreements & contracts pertaining to Mines, Power plant (Energy) Infrastructure Development.

- RFQ, RFP and Tender documents.

- Shall be responsible for Drafting and vetting legal documents.

- Shall be responsible for Legal opinions & legal research on updated & amendment to laws and regulations.

- Preparation of presentations for empanelment as legal advisor to government & private parties which includes travel to various destinations for attending meetings discussions Summits

- Should be able to present research assignment in Structured and Logical manner.

Knowledge of Indian Companies Act, Mines Regulations, and Electricity laws Infrastructure and development Regulations.

Eligibility:

- Should have 0-3 yrs of experience of the Legal sector. Candidate with similar work experience on consulting side would be preferred.

- Should have good skills in the quantitative and analytical practices related to the Legal Sector and should be able to undertake detailed Financial
Modelling, drafting Contracts Documents etc.

- Should be able to handle projects independently as when assigned including Technical and financial Matter

Desired Profile :

- Previous experience in handling contract documents like RFP documents Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate
concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity.

- Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment

- Strong intellectual curiosity

- Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment

- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive

- Sound working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.

Willingness to travel is a must.
