Legal Advisor - Investment Banking/Private Equity Firm

Role : Legal Advisor

We are looking for :

- Person having minimum of 5-6 years of experience in investment banking or private equity firm

- Very good understating of corporate law prevailing in India and other prominent markets around the globe.

- Have worked in legal frame work of mergers and acquisition or private equity deals.

- Understanding of corporate legal requirements in India & Cross border deals.

- Ability of preparing legal documentation for corporate deals. Analyze the legal documents
