Summary :  - We are looking for passionate, self-driven, independent and innovative product managers who can manage the release and quality of our complex and exciting product portfolio.   - You will work with a top notch engineering team that can translate any product vision into reality and a sharp founding team, which will constantly challenge the boundaries of your capabilities and what the product can do for its customers.   Job Location : Chennai  Pay Package :   Up to 10-15 lacs per annum, subject to skillset and relevant work experience (we give preference to skillset over experience)  Qualification :  Engineer + MBA (at least one of them from a Tier-I university), with at least 1 year of experience in product management at a start-up.   The Role :  As Product Manager, you will :  - Manage the design, development and delivery of one or more of the Company's products, in line with the vision of the founders and the Company's strategy. This will involve:   - Translating key product hypotheses into product workflows and wireframes  - Validating the features, wireframes and UX with internal and external stakeholders  - Prioritising the product vision into sprints and communicating the same to the technology team through the product build-out journey  - Performing internal acceptance testing and giving the go-ahead before every customer release  - Ensuring the timely release of the products, in line with what is promised with our customers and partners  - Ensuring the functionality integrity of the product and a high innovation quotient in every product release  Act as the product champion with customers, including :  - Validating the needs of the customers and ensuring the products address the most important and under-served needs  - Acting as the Customer Success Manager for the first customers of any new product or feature you manage, before handing the responsibilities to the Customer Success team  - Communicating product release notes to the customers  Provide key pre-sales and marketing input to the Sales and Marketing team, including :  - Undertaking detailed product competitor analysis to communicate how our products differentiate from competition  - Participating in the pre-sales process, especially during the first few releases of a new product / feature  About Learntron :  - Learntron is a knowledge-tech start-up disrupting how formal educators, new-age online education companies and key departments of corporates deliver learning experiences, through a new-age mobile learning platform that combines live learning, self-paced learning, gamified learning and social learning, into a single product, that is age-agnostic and segment-agnostic.  - We build on the HTML5 stack and our products are state-of-the-art - we use the latest cloud and mobile web app frameworks.
