The Regional Manager will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities in his/her region to drive exponential growth of the business. The Manager will be responsible for closing on the deals and manage relations with the clients. We are looking for passionate people who can help realize our focused growth plans in the coming months.  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product line   - Have a competitor mapping in market space and evolve a strategy for selling solutions   - Develop deep understanding of customers, their needs, end user pain points and use relevant information in developing business development strategy   - Use consultative and solution oriented approach to pitch solution to the customer with demos/presentations   - Working in concert with the Product Management and Delivery Management teams   - Feeding new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management and Content development teams   - Tracking usage and download trend and highlight to customer organization and leadership team on a regular basis   - Ensuring repeat business and renewals of contract   - Building close relationships with customers   - Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin and other business acquisition guidelines  Skills :   - Demonstrated success in driving and achieving number targets   - Ability to connect at CXO / business owner level in educational institutes   - Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills   What we offer :   - Competitive Compensation package, including stock options   - Challenging career path with huge growth opportunities across functions and geographies for high performers   - A workplace where you can create a huge impact
