Learning Infinite offers unique courses and training to individuals and organisations. We are looking for a senior sales professional who can drive growth.
Job Responsibility:
- new customer acquisition and business development
- liaise with corporate clients and develop CXO level relationships
- penetrate all named accounts for promoting LI products and services
- achieve booking and revenue targets for each of the named account
- forecast and achieve monthly order booking and revenue
- manage client relationship and ensure each customer is a profit center
- source business relating to employee education and training from the customer eco-system including their suppliers, vendors, employees etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant corporate sales / hunter experience preferably in the education and training industry
- demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts, large deals from leading corporates, educational institutions
- Solution selling to clients from a Learning and Development perspective targeted towards skill development, employee engagement and retention
Skill set:
- corporate and educational institution sales - strategic accounts
- independent, go getter
- target oriented, experience in selling to whale size deals
- relationship management at CXO level
- excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- technology savvy
- quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
Compensation includes variable performance based component and equity participation.
