Job Purpose :
- Effectively planning and delivering Induction program for new hires which includes preparation of modules and imparting classroom sessions on anatomy/disease/products/selling skills.
- Also responsible for sustaining the training programs by conducting periodic classroom sessions/role-plays during cycle meetings etc and through joint field work in consultation with the team leaders, thereby constantly benchmarking and improving the key deliverables /productivity of the field personnel.

Major KRAs :
- Identification of training needs and design mechanisms
- Delivering the training
- Overseeing the implementation of training interventions
- Develops and maintains the internal training infrastructure
- Works with finance Dept to prepare a Training and Development budget and ensures that training expenditure stays within budget.
- Develop a comprehensive Training Calendar .
- Designs and deploys Talent Management Assessment methodologies.
- Designs and implements Leadership Development solutions. ( in-house and outsourced)
- Designs and deploys generic training programs: Induction, Sales,Customer Service, Team Work, Train the Trainer, etc.
