L&D specialist

Experience: 5-8 years preferably with IT/ITES/FMCG/Consulting companies

Location: Gurgaon

Key skills:

- Designing and implementing overall learning & development approach & calendar for the organisation.

- Proactively engage and support leaders in needs identification, development of training plans and final execution.

- Ensure L&D initiatives are aligned to the business objectives, organizational values and meets the core purpose.

- Prepare and closely monitor the cost sheet for all the trainings related effort.

- Gather learning expectations and business objectives for every program.

- Should have great network and can identify and evaluate vendor/ consultant/trainers.

- Can partner with the trainer to design the content and facilitation approach.

- Provide creative ideas for possible future content and training formats that can be delivered across organization.
