The position requires frequent contact with employees and Leadership of the organization. The incumbent will have a high degree of interaction with supervisors, managers, Senior Stake holders and Senior Leaders, works closely with the assigned HR Business Partners, L&OD teams and other leaders in assessing and addressing learning and talent development needs. External interaction is primarily with learning content or technology vendors.   Continuous changes and increasing complexity in business and delivery present new challenges for developing and retaining needed talent within the organization. The organizational environment requires this position to constantly anticipate and juggle priorities as the needs of the business change. A high level of professionalism and high energy teamwork is required. Assignments, tasks, and projects vary in urgency, priority and level of complexity. The incumbent must frequently prioritize work, manage expectations and communicate clearly so that customers, team members, and others know when deliverable can be expected.   Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience:  1. Professional level experience in one of the following areas of expertise in workplace learning: training delivery, training management, leadership development, or instructional design.  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or a related field. Educational requirement may be substituted with an additional work experience (see requirement #1).  3. Supervisory/leadership experience (full time role with primary responsibilities for coaching, motivating and recognizing employees, monitoring and evaluating work performance, and resolving conflicts). Requirement may be substituted with experience coaching or directly consulting with leaders.  4. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in delivering face-to-face and web-delivered presentations. Applicant must prepare and deliver a 60 minutes presentation as part of the interview process.  5. Project management experience. Applicant will be asked to submit work product examples (e.g. project charter/summary, project timeline, etc.) during the selection process.  6. Demonstrated proficiency in all of the following Microsoft Applications: Word, Outlook E-mail and Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint. Applicant will be asked to submit work product examples and/or to complete specific assignments during the selection process.  7. Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) designation preferred.  8. Health insurance experience and professional designation (PAHM. FAHM, HIA or MHP) preferred.
