Experience : 6-8 yrs

Location : Chennai

- Assisting in On-boarding of new employee and handling induction programme.

- Experience in handling E-learning Systems

-Identify & collating TNI, Development & Deployment of Junior & Middle Management Level training program

- Competency gaps of individual & functions and deployment of programs

- L&D administration & Delivery monitoring including Attendance, Feedback analysis, effectiveness evaluation

- Ownership of Training Management System including vendor payments

- Candidates should have exposure and overall understanding of the entire life cycle of Talent Management

- Candidates with MBA/MSW full time from a reputed institute with excellent academic records are preferred.
