A Post Graduate in HR with at least 8-12 Years of work experience in HR, of which at least 3-4 years on L&D is mandatory.
This role requires someone who should be a expert in capability building across manufacturing functions in a large FMCG/ manufacturing sector, imparting training on the Leadership Development, Capability Building and Organisation Effectiveness.
