Learning & Development Manager - BFSI

- Delivery of Global Induction and other training offerings (integrated soft skills, intercultural, language proficiency).

- Provide continuous feedback into the Central Communication Development team, Recruitment teams and Line Managers of trainees.

- Set a high standard of continuous staff motivation and leadership to ensure a good work environment leading to committed staff who takes pride in working for the company.

- Make decisions and identify and resolve queries on a day-to-day basis.

- Actively promote the use of good quality communication skills by clear, concise and timely communication and by providing feedback to others.

- Maintain a climate in which creativity thrives and in which processes and productivity are continuously improved.

- Deliver BAU communication enhancing training products.

- Be responsible for stakeholder management.

- Be able to act as a consultant to the stakeholders, identify the needs and recommend the right solution.

- Drive site/central initiatives across both sites.
