Learning & Development Executive - Training Delivery - IT/BFSI

Position Title: L&D Manager (Training Delivery)

Based at: Dubai

Reports to: Director / General Manager

Role

He/ She will be a part of a dynamic work force at our Dubai office. He/ She shall create and deliver end-to-end training programmes for internal as well as external customers. Be working across a range of service-oriented industries and will be directly and fully responsible for providing effective and efficient services to all our clients.

Responsibilities

- The incumbent will Conduct Training Need Analysis in areas of customer service, conflict management, behavioral skills, frontline management, and material management.

- Work with training team and clients to design/customize training program and create training material.

- Deliver trainings in classroom and on-the-job formats

- Conduct service audits and performance assessment.

- Assess the viability of trainings through a combination of pre and post assessment tools.

- Establish strong partnership with business clients/internal customers to continuously remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities.

The Person

- He/she should have a pleasant personality with fluent communication skills.

- Experience in training in areas of customer service, conflict management, behavioral skills, frontline management, and material management trainings.

- Must be a result oriented, entrepreneurial and performance driven individual with a learner focused approach.

- Capable of conducting trainings in various environments including classroom, web ex, on the job.

- Comfortable with training a versatile audience from frontline to management level.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Industry Exposure:

- Graduates/ Post Graduate with experience in imparting training across sectors/ division and class.

CTC Range: USD 1.5 - 2 Lac p.a
