Currently hiring for a leading US Based Big Data Analytics Firm  Location: Gurgaon  Only 30 days joiners preferred.  Job description:  - Driving the L& D framework and strategy for the organisation by working in close collaboration with business managers as well as other internal/external stake holders  - Managing systems and processes to identify, plan, design, implement and evaluate all learning and development activity, including competency mapping, training needs analysis, training plans, publishing the training calendar, effective use of training resource, etc.   - Organising training programs as per the training calendar/plan   - Evaluating vendors/consultants for conducting training programs   - Collaborating with the consultants for creation of program content / designing content independently   - Evaluating L&D interventions basis the desired impact, analysis of effectiveness and reporting to management   - On-line learning content creation/delivery   - Managing Induction, including campus hires induction program   - Popularising L&D interventions through creative means for generating interest and participation  - Designing & delivering behavioural training  Prerequisites :   - Overall experience of 4 - 8 years in HR with minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Learning and Development  - The position requires a person with a friendly, flexible attitude, a proactive, problem-solving, result-oriented approach  - Excellent organisation and project management skills
