Job Description
- The role is responsible for supporting key business groups through various learning and talent development initiatives
- He/She must be able to engage business, and do a consulting intervention to diagnose the business training needs
- He/She must be able to design and deliver customised learning solutions based on business diagnostics
- He/She must be proficient in delivery of leadership workshops and other senior level training in the area of behavioural and soft skills domain
- The incumbent must preferably have an accreditation from an external agency for his/her facilitation skills
- He/She must have in-depth knowledge of HR and management issues on the ground to make his training more relevant to the audience
- He/She must be a mentor and a coach for budding facilitators in the system
- This position reports to Head – L&TD, GSSCs and hence is required to be working closely with senior HR & business stakeholders
