Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Identification of key functional focus areas in L&D
2.Validating individual needs of employees
3.Scheduling the delivery of programs during the year in agreement with the divisional head and include the same in the annual learning calendar.
4.Deploy the learning plan as per process
5.Design and deploy the programs for WC & BC as in the incubation process and accelerated growth process
6.Along with training representative from each function, ensure tracking of learning inputs given to each associate and implementation of the same at the workplace.
7.Along with the HR Head, conduct regular review meetings with the group heads and functional heads to take feedback and course correction in program design as well as focus area in line with changing business requirements.
8.Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
9.Develop testing and evaluation procedures
10.Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical & behavioral training and personal development classes for all the employees
11.Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
12.Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
13.Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
14.Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
15.Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.
16.Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
17.Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures.
18.Prepare training budget for department or organization.

Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Business Administration or PGDPM with around 10-15 years of experience.
Additional Qualification: Diploma from ISTD
