Key Responsibilities –
- Strategizing, planning, co-coordinating & monitoring of the entire training function
- Partner with functional business unit leaders to identify performance gaps and design solutions, such as: coaching, mentoring, training, development, and teambuilding
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
- Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and employees’ needs.
- Design both in-house and with expert third parties, training solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
- Support the development and implementation of leadership development plans
- Work towards creating a learning culture throughout the organization
Required Skills and Competencies –
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Good knowledge of current and emerging training tools and learning aids
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High on ownership and customer orientation
- Strong conceptual skills and process orientation
