Job Description
- Be accountable for the L&D function at one centre.
- Run learning engagements with clients at the centre: driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team’s charter and deliverables.
- Recognise and adapt best practices in the area of L&D.
- Manage training coordinator at the centre.
- Own and drive the NHO program at the centre, since we are designing a new program that will require significant focus every Monday and some on Wednesday for the bare bones version.
- Experience with operations groups a plus.
- Facilitation skills and content development expertise will be a plus.
- Look at across centre themes.
- 2 - 3 yrs of experience in HR function
- Chennai – Work location
