Lean/Quality - IT Infrastructure (6-12 yrs)

We have an Opening with HCL Technologies :

Location: Noida/Chennai

Band: E4.1

Job Description:

- Candidate will be part of Lean-IT implementation team which is responsible for diagnosis, design and implementation of solutions to improve quality, reliability and efficiency of operations

- Work with an identified project manager for initial projects and may get to drive his/her own projects in subsequent waves.This is an individual contributor role

Qualification Required :

- Graduate in any stream

- Six Sigma certified ( Green Belt\Black Belt) or certification in data analytics would be preferred

Functional Competencies :

- Six Sigma Techniques: Statistical solution to business problems. Like: - Descriptive statistics, SPC (Six Sigma), Customer focus-VOC ~ CTQ relation ship, VOC/ QFD/ Surveys, Kano Analysis, MSA - Guage R & R

- Client Satisfaction measurement: Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction measurement & analysis through independent surveys.

- Data analysis & Knowledge of Quality Tools: Mathematical analysis and probability of achieving results by virtue of statistical usage e.g., sampling techniques, normality tests, basic quality tool like: 7 QC Tools, C&E diagram, CS, Pareto, Process mapping, Flow charting etc and prioritization etc.

- Internal Quality Audit Skills:Fact finding and reporting.

Communication Skills :

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language

- Candidates with prior experience of working with global customer would be preferred

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in similar profile preferably in IT infrastructure environment

- Hands on knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or any other Business Excellence initiative

Working Hours :

- This profile requires a candidate to work either in UK hours or Early US hours ( mostly up-to 12 AM IST)
