Looking out for MBA's or Any Mechanical Graduates with 5 -10 years into Lean Methodology ( VSM, 8 Waste, KANBAN, KAIZEN) for an excellent career and leadership opportunity.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing the Lean methodology, Lean training and development, executive management education and communication, sustainability and quality assurance

- Building and deploying a Group-wide Lean capability

- Act as a catalyst of change to facilitate the transformation projects

- Responsible for developing expertise on Lean methodology of the transformation and build lean capabilities of core team

- Creates tangible impact through clearly defined goals identified bottom-up

- To prepare and facilitate workshops, training programs, plan improvement actions and manage the project on day to day basis

Desired Profile :

- MBA's or Any Mechanical Graduates with 5-10 years of relevant experience in conducting end to end lean deployment.

- Must have experience in Consulting / manufacturing Organizations.

- Flexible regarding hours of work and locations of work with 80-90% travel in India and abroad ( EMEA Region)

- Insurance Industry Experience would be preferred
