- Responsible for developing and teaching lean tools and concepts to site operations and commercial groups -Supply chain,Service,Sales,etc.

- Provide leadership and technical skills for kaizen events and other lean initiatives for both Office lean & Manufacturing site.

- Develop and deliver lean training material on lean tools such as value stream mapping, cell design, kanban, policy deployment, poka yoke, 5S, Heijunka and Visual Display Management
