Role :

QA Automation Test Manager. VP : This role is responsible for establishing and implementing Automation strategy across all applications. Candidate should have knowledge on automation practices suited for UI/UX, Backend (batch/DB), Web Services, and API changes.She will manage automation resources, set deliverable, milestones, guidelines and monitor progression.

Responsibilities :

Candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing an Automation Strategy across all applications supported by FACT QA. The automation strategy should include the following :

- Definition of Framework for Front-End/Back-End/Web Services layers

- Use industry defined standards and best practices

- Scalable solutions

- Selection of tools which account for the various application technologies which are in the FACT space (.Net, Java, Flash etc..)

- Ease of maintenance for updates

- Expertise in coding using one or more various languages - ex: .Net, Java

- Strong knowledge of test harness frameworks and coding best practices

- Demonstrate expertise in automation framework development with continuous improvements and reusability in mind

- Experience with Web services testing

- Test Complete, Protractor, QTP, UFT, JUnit and setting up frameworks and understanding

- 9+ years of experience in leading Automation Team across multiple vendors and across large number of applications
