Position: Leadership position - Testing COE - Banking - MNC IT Firm (19-25 yrs)

Role:

- This is a leadership role

- Accountable for testing delivery in Banking & Financial Services area (Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, AML, Investment Banking)

- Should have experience in setting up and running a Testing COE

- 19+ yrs of overall experience with 3+ yrs of experience in managing P&L for a testing delivery unit

- Manage a portfolio of QA projects involving testing of Banking/Financial Services Software.

- Engage with CIOs/CXOs to understand their QA needs, create QA Delivery strategies, participate in presales, create a delivery plan, execute the delivery plan

- Provide leadership in client/business partner interactions in testing areas

- Provide Technical Leadership in Testing related areas

- Team Management

Requirements:

- 19-25 yrs of overall experience with 3+ yrs of experience in managing P&L for a testing delivery unit

- Should have experience in setting up and running a Testing COE

- Extensive experience in Testing, in the Retail Banking, Payments & Investment Banking Domains

- Leadership experience in managing a team of 100+ members

- Test Management and planning and Delivery management experience

- Understand testing requirements and drive development of application testing strategy

- Good written and oral communication skills

Location: New Delhi (NCR)/ Pune
