Academic qualification

- Essential: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

- Desired: PG / MBA in Human Resource

Experience

- Relevant: 8-10 year in Human resource Management Specializing in Talent Acquisition

Skills

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Should be a good communicator

- Should be presentable

Primary Responsibilities

1) Partnering with management & stakeholders to develop the best strategies for recruiting top talent in a highly competitive market.

2)Implementing sourcing strategies that provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool through networking, cold-calling, referrals, internet sourcing, job postings, use of social media etc.

3)Managing candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. CV screen, evaluate skill-level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiation, offer acceptance, offer letter generation.

4) Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall achievement of the business and financial objectives.

5)Ensuring Hiring Manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Interfacing to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management. Possessing a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends.

6) Ensure that the quarterly/ annual performance reviews are completed and documented for all the employees in a timely manner. Provide necessary support during annual appraisal cycle, Conduct exit interview and seeing through undergoing trends

7) Accountable for various HR initiatives and employee engagement programs

Ensuring HR operations through the backend team, Driving training initiatives for all the Business Units and departments in the region, Provide HR related reporting to the CEO in a timely fashion.
