Leadership Role - Sales & Marketing - Speciality Therapy Areas - Pharma

Position : Leadership Position - Speciality Therapy Areas (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role :

- To strategize, develop and grow the business segments, lead the annual sales and marketing planning to meet the revenue, gross margin and market share targets

- To enhance the company brand in the relevant therapy segments

- Position will require regular planning and forecasting, responsibility for Sales and Marketing, relationship management with KOLs/ CEOs of hospitals and People Management

- Manage a team

Requirements :

- MBA with about 15 years of total experience with 4-5 years in sales and 9-10 years in marketing

- Extensive experience and knowledge of marketing and sales in the Pharma company as well in business planning

- Should have experience in heading and in profitably managing and growing speciality therapy SBUs
