Since 1978, the promoters of PCLS Education and Charitable Trust, have been experience in K-12 education to over 25,000 students. The group now has 4 well-established schools across Delhi and Jind, and is establishing a state of the art school, namely CLS Academy, at Sonepat spanning across 10 acres affiliated to CBSE-I curriculum with residential facilities – with the aim to create an iconic brand.

Moreover, the promoters run several independent ventures related to hospitality, real estate and in the education industry in addition to operating K-12 schools with a clearly defined roadmap to enter hospital and diagnostic related industries over the next 2 years.

In addition Edtech Systems has recently entered into designing and developing customized hybrid mobile apps to K-12 schools and Higher Education Institutes across Delhi/NCR.

Candidate required for dual position:

- Heading sales operations of Edtech Systems

- Heading Marketing & Counselling team at CLS Academy

- 1st 8-9 months – concentrating on Edtech Systems. Require 70% travel

- Afterwards, 70%-30% time across CLS Academy & Edtech Systems respectively

Experience: 8 Years+/0-5 Years

Compensation:

- Edtech Systems

upto 6L p.a. + Variable Component + Equity

- CLS Academy

Market Rate + Commission on each student admitted.

Location: Require candidates who reside in or have a location preference for North Delhi, North West Delhi, Sonipat only. Candidates with other location preferences need not apply.

Travelling Preference: This position requires 70% travel. Candidates who are not keen to travelling need not apply.

Functional Area: Sales/Marketing

Leadership: Require candidates who can grow with the young and dynamic group to assume a role of Director Marketing of the group over the next 5 years. There would be enough opportunity to work across verticals across the group.

Job Description:

- Selling our solutions to academic institutions, test prep companies, corporates and governments

- Drive sales activities with key stakeholders by identifying their requirements and offering our solutions mapped to those requirements

- Provide world-class customer support

- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new assessment opportunities that meet clients’ needs

Required:

- Deep network of Education Industry and Professional Training and Coaching industries’ C-Level
executives, and across the HR community across India

- Excellent track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans across the Education industry

- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to enhance customer value and demonstrate results

- Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills with tremendous attention to detail
