With at least 2 to 3 years as Business Analyst and exposure to Automations.  - 12 years of experience in IT industry with around 4 years experience in business/systems analysis.  Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency:  Graduate in IT  MBA in IT or Marketing  UML with Microsoft Visio or equivalent  Knowledge of Web technologies and SDLC  Robotic Process Automation IIBA Certification  ITIL Certification  PMP/PRINCE2 Certification  Capabilities:  - Self Initiator  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.   - Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills   - Good documentation skills, conceptualization skills.
