Must Have

Presales/Business Development/Solutions/RFP/RFI - From Healthcare BPO Domain

Must have experience in Healthcare solutions and Presales and previous experience in managing the operations.

A detail requirement is as follows :

- Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in the Healthcare vertical

- Work experience in Business Development and Delivery/Transition, for outsourced /offshore healthcare operations

- Evaluate the potential platforms/enabling solution

- Prior experience in identifying, evaluating and building new alliance partnerships in the Healthcare Vertical

- Experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in larger organization

- Experience in handling pricing and methodology

- Strong experience in handling healthcare enabling solutions

- Result oriented professional with experience of more than a decade in the US Healthcare business process Outsourcing/ Off shoring industry, specifically Healthcare Domain

- In depth understanding of the healthcare domain in order to create a healthy sales pipeline of accounts in the healthcare payer and provider domain

- Creating customized healthcare value proposition for customers

- Providing and presenting summarized research and analysis reports to the senior management on the trends, changes, influences, in the healthcare industry

- Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry

- Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare Payor and Provider BPO

- Ability to translate client's requirements into operational strategies and winning themes

- Support the offshore Presales and Solution Design Team that is responsible for creating RFx responses, solution creation and value proposition themes

- Ensure healthcare industry knowledge and best practices are accurately captured and transferred to the extended team

- Enhance brand awareness of Company as a leading healthcare BPO service provider in Payers and Providers domains

- Identify, enroll and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and ensure that Company is well represented
