Operations Leadership Role - Automotive (1-3 yrs)

Responsible for the process planning activities

1) First Pass Yield improvement.

2) Collection & analysis of quality data.

3) Establish the time standard for flex-line

4) Man and Machine balancing (Optimum utilization of Mu and Nu)

5) Horizontal deployment of poka yoke

CTC Range is 9-12 lacs depending on candidate exp level
