Leadership Marketing Role
Job Description :
Responsible for the evolution of marketing strategies along with communication development
Empowering the team to build robust marketing programs to engage consumers
Empower the team to drive the execution of these programs through the Cross functional expertise by measuring and tracking of these initiatives
Drive direct to consumer programs
Consistent generation of insights from HCP/ Consumers to facilitate development of an engaging brand strategies
Support and drive sales - work in close partnership with sales leadership to ensure smooth implementation and execution of marketing programs
Desired Experience :
Experience of working in consumer marketing
Preferred industry experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Media, Advertising - strong marketing credentials
Understanding of the Consumer, regional sensitivities a mandatory.
Only Tier 1 MBAs preferred.
Should have experience of 12 - 15 Years
