Leadership Role - IT - Risk & Payments Domain

Position: Leadership Role in IT in Risk and Payments Domain (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Incumbent will be accountable for all development, Testing, production support and implementation related activities for projects in Financial Payments, Risk & Compliance and Cash & Logistics area

- Its a techno-functional Delivery role in the Payments/ Risk and Compliance and Cash Management Domains

- Responsible for integration with geographically distributed and multi-role teams for timely and effective delivery

- Responsible for Program Planning, execution, governance, team management etc.

- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with clients and management to determine the scope and objectives

- Responsible for financial governance on the engagements

Requirements:

- 16-22 yrs of experience in IT with extensive experience in the Payments/ Fraud Management/ Risk and Compliance/ ALM/ Cash Management Domains

- Strong delivery experience. Should have led teams of 200+

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

- Appreciation of CMMI Level 5 processes

- Effective stakeholder management skills

- Good strategic, tactical and operational thinker and executer

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Understanding of regulations in Payments and Risk domain across geographies

- Experience in Presales in these domains
