About Our Client:
Our client is one of the Elite person in Investment banking sector for Pharmaceutical and healthcare field. He has been the role model for many who aspires to chose this career. Will brief about him and his firm iduring initial screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire cycle of Making, Execution and programming of the Investment Theme.
- Evaluation of new investment proposals in investment theme of the PE fund.
- Helping clients’ leverage their existing capabilities and maximize potential opportunities by providing comprehensive offerings intended to deliver valuable insights into their business at all stages.
- Understand accounting and valuation fundamentals for Pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare services companies, as applicable.
The Successful Applicant:
- Post Graduate degree in Finance/ MBA in Finance from Tier1 or Tier 2 Colleges
- Significant years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A Group for Healthcare / Pharmaceutical companies.
- Should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
