Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the entire cycle of Making, Execution and programming of the Investment Theme.

- Evaluation of new investment proposals in investment theme of the PE fund.

- Helping clients’ leverage their existing capabilities and maximize potential opportunities by providing comprehensive offerings intended to deliver valuable insights into their business at all stages.

- Understand accounting and valuation fundamentals for Pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare services companies, as applicable.

The Successful Applicant:

- Post Graduate degree in Finance/ MBA in Finance from Tier1 or Tier 2 Colleges

- Significant years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A Group for Healthcare / Pharmaceutical companies.

- Should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
