Company manufactures and markets a wide range of products in India and overseas with revenue of more than $ 3 billion.  Requirement:  - Minimum 6 years of experience in handling global Compensation and Benefits  - Well versed thorough knowledge of compensation principles, compensation tools, benefits plans, incentive plans and market data resources.  - Exposure to International Compensation and Benefits Assignments and all policies relating to internal transfers, including a generic knowledge of immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Compensation & Benefits Management   - Manpower planning, budgeting and tracking headcounts and costs  - Accountable to roll out Compensation and Benefits (International/Domestic) plans and policies in coordination with legal compliance/labor laws  - Responsible for introducing competitive industry standard policies in coordination with internal and external equity.  - Responsible for development and implementation of salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits like medical insurance, gratuity etc. and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
