Key Responsibilities:

- To Prepare the strategy for developing best in class Respiratory Formulations (DPI, MDI, pMDI and Nasal) function for developments across markets.

- To steer the formulation & device development process as per the timeline and project manage as per various regulatory requirements and coordination with other departments to execute the assigned project and take projects to its timely completion.

- Prepare strategies towards device development for respiratory products up to commercial stage

- Development of new techniques & process for the development process, identify new systems and techniques to improve the delivery quality and timeline.

- To devise review systems (at all levels) for system improvement and bring synergy in the functioning of groups working on formulation development for respiratory products.

- Recruit & build world class team

The Successful Applicant:

- Should have a significant Years of experience at a leadership level.

- Should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.

- Should be abreast with the latest technological advancements in the area.

- Should have a descent hands on experience on respiratory product development for regulated as well Domestic markets.
