Leadership Role - Financial Planning & Analysis Shared Services - CA - IT

Position: Leadership Role- FP&A Shared Services (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Overall responsible for managing teams performing financial planning and analysis, including preparation, development, analysis and presentation of management accounting information in a multi-site, decentralized organization

- Incumbent will be responsible for managing the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects

- Planning, coordinating and transitioning the FP&A services from onshore offices to offshore, and establishing them with a strong process discipline

- Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Overseeing and managing the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

- Ensuring that all regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner, and that all activities are compliant with the statutory audit requirements

- Managing risk appropriately for the function, including BCP, attrition etc, and developing a strong succession plans

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountancy with at least 15+ years- of relevant experience in FP&A role. MBA will be an advantage

- The company is looking for an accomplished leader in FP&A services who has been in a leadership role for last 4-5 years with a team of 30+ professionals around Management Reporting and FP&A

- Should have extensive experience in leading and managing Management Reporting and/or FP&A services from India

- Experience and understanding of other financial services such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, and Treasury Operations is desirable

- Apart from operational excellence, we are looking for a demonstrated track record in leading transition, process improvement in order to enhance service levels, increasing capacities and addressing evolving needs of the business

- Should have a knowledge of global best practices in this area

- Prior experience of implementing shared service center for global corporations will be preferred

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and oral

- Ability to manage services that support US business hours

- B1 (Visa) preferred

- Ready to travel if required
