Job Description:  Position : Enterprise Sales Analytics & Consulting Manager.  This position would be part of the Global Analytics - Sales Optimization group. The focus of this role would be to continue aggressively onto the journey of carving out a ‘seat on the table’ for analytics with key business leaders and work with them to enable key business priorities through analytics and consulting.   Key expectations:   - Enhance & build strategic partnerships with senior/exec Sales leaders.  - Manage, guide and motivate a team of business analysts, analytics consultants and SMEs.   - Lead the team to drive and contribute to multiple strategic initiatives & projects to drive impact while working closely with business leaders across regions as well as collaborating with internal analytics leadership.  - Lead efforts to institutionalize and expand analytics footprint into new (whitespace) organizations within company.  - Develop new innovative solutions & capabilities, addressing key business priorities, working closely across teams.  - Significantly contribute to the organizational initiatives across GLA as part of the extended leadership team.  Preferred Knowledge, Background and Skills:  - MBA or PhD in Strategy/Sales & Marketing from tier 1 institutes, either in India or abroad Strong global experience in a reputed consulting firm.  - Experience working in sales strategy / planning / go-to-market functions within global organizations with exposure to end customers and partners would be considered a big plus.  - Good domain knowledge on key functions (breadth on all and depth in a few) – product mix optimization, product and deal pricing, product/customer/market segmentation strategies, partner incentive design & budget optimization, quota setting, campaign / promotion planning & ROI modeling, pipeline management, sales productivity measures, etc.  - Ability to handle ambiguity and open ended challenging assignments.  - Advanced influencing & stake-holding skills with middle/senior management.  - Ability to work well across different levels of the organizations.  - Ability to effectively work in a global, cross-cultural and at times virtual environment.  - Experience of building & deploying consulting & analytical solutions to improve business results.  - Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) and strong executive presence.  Preferred relevant experience: 8-15 years
