Leadership Role - Digital Engineering - F&A (9-18 yrs)

Skill Expertise areas - Strong knowledge of Costing/Finance/Accounting from any Law Firms/FSI/CPG etc.

Additional skills - Product Development/project management skills will be added advantage. Preferred candidates would be : CA/ICWA with any certifications like PMP/Six Sigma/ISO will be added advantage, Global knowledge on Financial Regulations Pharma/Manufacturing/CPG/FMCG will be added advantage

Technology areas : SAP (FICO/ BPC)/Oracle Financials/Microsoft/IBM/Sales Force. Exposure to big data and IOT technologies is preferred.

Base Location : Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad

Travel : 20 - 40%

Experiences : Min 12 or higher.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Role - Core responsibilities include:

- Global delivery experience responsible for end to end consulting and technology project leadership deliverables for several medium to large projects including client teams, consultants, and vendors

- Lead Architecture, design and delivery of cutting edge digital solutions for specific client accounts

- Lead proposal Solutioning efforts to ensure alignment with client, functional, and non-functional requirements and expectations.

- Coordination of various specialist teams required to deliver complex solutions

- Review of estimates for completeness, efficiency, and contingency coverage

- Mitigate execution risk on complex application and systems development initiatives by providing oversight and guidance at the appropriate level of technical detail

- Create Industry specific frameworks, e.g. Digital customer lifecycle, digital maturity model, functional reference architectures.

- Drive revenue by scoping, structuring, and leading digital engagements for the specific client accounts in CPG vertical in collaboration with the Digital Works team.

- Publish thought leadership across multiple channels, e.g. white papers, company intranet, articles in business and Industry or Horizontal- specific publications, speaking engagements, social media (Twitter, blogs, LinkedIn).

- Actively incorporate best practices, methodologies, products and services from company's Digital Practice and Innovation group into the CPG BU.

- Work closely with various horizontals in organisation (Analytics, Risk, F&A etc.) to ensure support for leading edge digital transformation offerings.

Required Skill Set

- Overall 12 to 14 years of relevant in software / product development, IT services

- 6 years hand-on experience in software application development and integration

- Recent experience in architecture, design and development of enterprise-class digital solutions, preferably for CPG vertical

- Ability to lead the development and implementation of large scale, complex, multi-tier applications and systems

- Participation in at least 4-5 end to end engagements (at least one long term engagement, multi project participation)

- Demonstrated ability to sense and respond to customer demand as evidenced by pace and scale of solution adoption or direct sale of large scale development projects.

- Proven ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, global organizational

- Experience in business development, including identification of leads and opportunities, pre-sales and post-sales support and client relationship management desired

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing strategic digital concepts to all audiences

- Proven ability to generate business and spearhead the elevation of portfolio client engagements to their next level of growth

- Superb team building skills with a predisposition to building consensuses and achieving goals through collaboration.

- An engaging/open interpersonal style complemented by the analytical pragmatism necessary to quickly dissect highly complex issues.

- Ability to establish immediate credibility among peers, a professional who is respected for his/her intelligence and technical expertise.

- Ability to extensively work with the C-suite and executive teams as a trusted partner Digital Strategy & Transformation
