Position: Leadership Role - Debt Business (Leading Mid-Market Investment Bank)

Role and Requirements:

- This is a strategic and challenging business building role, to strategise and build the Debt business for a Leading Mid-Market Investment Bank

- The Company would like to leverage its experience, expertise and client relationships through a strong Debt Capital Markets/ Debt Syndication offering and to build a strong position in this business

- The Company is looking for an experienced, energetic, entrepreneurial and result oriented professional to spearhead this initiative and other allied Debt/ Fixed Income related areas the Company can get into

- The incumbent is required to have strong understanding and experience of Indian Debt Markets as well as a network of relationships with key decision makers

- Will be responsible for Underwriting strategy and for building origination, structuring and distribution teams

- Will develop and leverage trusted advisor relationships with CXO level executives in client organisations and offer solutions that create strategic value for clients

- MBA/ CA with 18+ yrs of experience in the Indian Debt/ Capital Markets
