Our Client is renowned Global Bank, Looking for Leadership Resource for their Technology piece who can handle leadership, technology and team management as a platform.
Details of the Role below :
- Global Role
- 360 degree stakeholder management
- Experience required 10 to 16 years
- Build and lead a high caliber technical resources
- Take Global Ownership for development and drive deliveries from India, represent the team in Global management
- Understand the direction of strategic architecture and seek opportunities to accelerate strategic vision
- Strong technocrat in Core Java, Spring
- XSLT is good to have
- Investment Banking Domain experience of minimum 5 years
- Good exposure in Agile Methodology
- Able to lead a team of 15-20 resources
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has proven fast learning capability
- Post Graduation of Degree level education in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline
