Location - Pune

Purpose of the Job and Responsibility: A high caliber Technologist with know-how about PaaS, SaaS, API's and rich experience on the latest web & mobile technologies. As manager translate strategy into action, executing relevant plan, and - go to- person as subject matter expert. Apply understanding of cohesion and the SOLID principles to create well structures maintainable software. Identify patterns from the scenarios and build framework to resolve recursive problem while on the mission. Ability to navigate through various dynamic situations and ambiguity to increase velocity and quality with mindset of having strong high performance members. Automate everything by default, secure everything by Default, Observe & execute hygiene practice by default. As obvious - mentor, motive and develop around. Ability to zoom-out and zoom-in is essential part of the role.

- While subject matter expert on the domain - Demonstrate the importance of domain model and coherently model a problem domain with given context.

- While release and RUN expert - Ensure definition of done on the software and deployment aspects considering eco- system into the account and ensure high availability, resilient, performing software for the consumer.

- While leading engineers - Very well versed with Agile methodology's such Scrum and TDD. Communicate effectively and partner well with other disciplines of the program to deliver high quality solutions from envisioning to deployment to live site availability. Drive through design reviews, code reviews, test case reviews.

It's important to come with mindset of ready to start position as Hands-on Engineer or Scrum master for couple of months to ensure compliance to 30 - 60 - 90 days plan before getting into bigger designated role. Ensure Impediments removed, continuously improve on practical execution, have a accountability to deliver, champion to measure and improve rate value getting delivered, deliver software which has dependency on the underlying team / components. Ability to innovate on various aspects ranging from Mobile, IoT, Tooling and Scripting. Write well thought out code with emphasis on the quality, simplicity and maintainability along with the ability to mentor others to do same. Consider customers and stakeholders perspective and experience when designing, building and delivering applications, systems in cross-functional work streams. Ability to work with various internal and external partners. Responsible for understanding and adapting to new technologies, tools, processes, methods from Industry.

Extensive and Hands-On experience on the one of the Dell Boomi, Mule Soft API- s, Spring Boot with JMS and Deployment on the Cloud Hub, Cloud Foundry, Open Stack Rack space and Eco-System: Elastic, Splunk, App D / New Relic. Experience on the development of API's on the heterogeneous backend and ability to support E2E API Life cycle.

ESSENTIAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Experience, skills, competencies etc)

Primary Skills : Experience in the areas of Hosting software on the PaaS (Cloud Foundry is preferred) and API's (Mule Soft preferred) with E2E API Life cycle. Dell Boomi / Informatics API life cycle experience is added advantage with mindset to co-relate stuff with open source to automate stages.

Eco system components - Splunk, Elastic, Live monitoring - App D / new Relic. Extensive understanding and hands on experience in the space of API's, REST services, hosting web applications, services on the PaaS, offering application as SaaS .Hands-on experience on the Web technologies including Java, JEE, Spring Framework, XML, JSON and Back-End JMS Integrations . Exposure to Java Script, HTML 5, Hybrid Mobile App is added advantage. Candidate should know GIT, Stash, and Config Server to load configurations to code. Communicate effectively and partner well with other disciplines of the program to deliver high quality solutions from envisioning to deployment to live site / services availability
