Hiring Post graduated (batch 2013-2014)Females from tier 1 colleges having min 1+ yr. of exp. in channel sales for most entrusted brand in consumer business.
- Responsible for Channel sales of entire portfolio with her entire area. The Job profile includes charting out sales strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes and growth; and achieving revenue and profitability norms.
- Handle a Team of Sales Officers and Sales Executives, motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrics.
- Handling distributors, dealer, Stockist and Super stockist.
- Responsible for ensuring a robust customer infrastructure is in place in the territory. Appointment of Distributors wherever necessary and tracking their overall performance on key metrics. Optimizing the quantity & quality of customers in his area such that there are no service gaps .Monitoring the financial health and profitability of all Customers.
- Driving Top-line growth in the area and ensures all execution metrics are also in place. Monitoring channel-wise and category-wise growths in the territory.
- Ensuring right trade support as per category-channel construct and competitive context. Liaising with key Partner Functions like the Supply Chain Team to ensure pack wise estimates are built correctly for the area.
- Ensuring controls & financial hygiene: Along with Commercial & Supply Chain team, Ensuring check on system hygiene at customers on aspects like extent of sales return, extent of damage/ shortage claims, mismatch between primary & secondary, physical vs. book stock mismatch, trade discount hygiene etc.
