Position: Leadership Role- BFSI Business Analysis Competency Center (Leading IT Company)
Role:
- This is a Leadership Role in the Business Analysis Competency Center/ Centre of Excellence for Banking and Financial Services, at one of the Leading IT Companies
- Be the face of the company on all Banking and financial services, business analysis, product management and be a thought leader
- Maintain healthy financial and utilisation numbers for the CoE
- Be a Thought Leader and Represent the Company at multiple forums
- Consult on architecting and designing complex solutions for clients
- Actively innovating new product ideas in this domain
- Stakeholder management
- Create talent and build a team of consultants as part of the team
- Program Management of multiple programs
- Support in pre-sales
Requirements:
- BE/ME + MBA
- Additional Certifications in Banking and Financial Services
- 24-32 yrs of experience in Banking and Financial Services/ IT Industry
- In depth knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services Industry, especially areas like Core Banking, Channel Banking, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Loans, etc.
- Good Interpersonal, Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
- Good understanding of the software development process and of the Business Analysis function in IT and decent technical knowledge
- Excellent Team Management Skills
