Assistant Vice President - Sr. MDM & Data Governance (CPG & Retail Vertical)

The Enterprise Information Management Practice is seeking a highly motivated individual with 10+ years of consulting experience and 5+years of MDM and Data Governance experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting background in an advisory and sales capacity. This role will require the individual to manage their time between MDM advisory services for clients and practice building.

I. Data Governance and Consulting

i. Extensive experience in Product, Item, Customer, Vendor domains

ii. Deep Data Governance and MDM consulting experience

iii. Experience delivering complex MDM strategy assessments, implementation roadmaps

iv. Leading Data Governance workshops and defining data governance models

v. Proven ability to work across industries and functions; CPG experience alongside rich business area assignments in supply chain, sales/commercial, finance, etc.

vi. Experience with MD business objects through cross functional assignments

vii. Strong understanding of standards and processes in ERP (SAP preferred)

viii. Identification of how data is used within business processes with implications of downstream DQ impacts

ix. Familiarity with data quality methods and tools

x. Good understanding of data dictionary and data model requirements

II. Business Value Drivers

i. Demonstrated aptitude in data governance activities and best practices

ii. Working knowledge of data quality methodologies

iii. Results oriented with demonstrated

iv. Familiarity in lean management and six sigma methodology

v. Education and training related to business processes improvement and its desired business outcomes
