Program descripton:

18-24 month rotational sales and leadership training program designed to

- Build commercial leaders for client's different businesses.

- Develop marketing and sales skills through a strong core curriculum and challenging assignments.

- Provide candidates with valuable training, experience and exposure to a team of motivated colleagues and helpful mentors that can accelerate their careers.

The Program employees undergo three varied challenging assignments or ‘rotations’ of 8 months duration each, These rotations are stretch assignments that give the employee exposure to different facets of Sales/ Marketing & build their business knowledge & commercial skills.

Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore

Requirements:

- MBAs (1-2 yrs of experience)

- B.E/ B.Techs (3-4 yrs of experience)

- Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

- Geographic mobility
