Leadership Hiring - BFSI/ITeS

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in Leadership Hiring at Delhi/NCR with a leading BFSI organisation.

Required experience of 10 -13 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment from IT/ ITES/ BFSI / BANKING Division.

Role involves:

- Handling Leadership Hiring and provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Working on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
