Leader - Solution Design - Capital Market Domain - BPO

Responsible for providing solution for Capital Markets.

Reviews and guides the creation of the RFP response and provides inputs to the pricing committee

Leads client workshops from Solution perspective such as Solutioning sessions, workshops, pricing negotiations

Identify opportunities for Transformation, that helps effectively distinguish from process efficiencies / improvements

Detailed knowledge of Global Financial Services (Capital Markets) Clientele that supports development of customized Industry Solutions from a Financial Services perspective

Should have good knowledge of the Capital Market industry

Should have experience on Transformation, Compliance and KYC

Provides inputs to SOW / MSA creation with the sales team and the Business Head or Delivery Teams

Qualification:

Has a Degree in Engineering and/or MBA/Post Graduate

Pre-Sales / Solution Designing Shared Services with focus on Capital Markets domain
